Products offered through our Everyday Kitchen, Kitchen Space, and Culinary Essentials collections may also be subject to separate payment, billing, shipping, return, and other store policies.

12. Ownership & Risk During Delivery

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable order terms, responsibility for loss or damage occurring after a purchased item has been transferred to the selected carrier may pass to the customer in accordance with the applicable shipping arrangement.

Customers should inspect delivered packages and products promptly after receipt and contact Eurenbuao if an item appears damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the order.

13. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and transactions conducted through the Platform will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be handled through the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms that have appropriate legal authority over the matter, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other applicable legal requirements.
